Together with Groupware systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems have developed into standard applications in a multitude of companies. This tendency was recognized by COI GmbH. Therefore, we support for, example, the SAP ArchiveLink standard interface. In addition to this standard connection, innovative solutions have been developed which further optimize ERP system processes. COI solutions thereby offer you among others the possibility to automatically import data from incoming invoices into processing templates during the accounting process. Manual acquisition of information from the original invoice is not necessary. The touch of a button suffices and the next accounting record can already be processed.
